The vocational training to become a hotel manageress shaped Nicole Ludwig’s sensitivity for diverse characters and cultures. Thereon she worked very successfully in the area of personnel development and executive search. She supports our customers with a lot of passion and understanding for the needs of people and organizations.
She gained initial experience in personnel development while working as a project manager for the Chief Executive Officer at Siemens Nixdorf Informationssystems AG during a “Cultural Change Program”.
Upon completion of the corporate-wide change process Nicole Ludwig worked for Siemens AG in the area of personnel development for several business units. Her well-rounded competency profile in human resources development includes developing a corporate-wide data base for personnel development as well as designing and implementing of a concept for succession planning, talent development, diversity management and mentoring.
Since 2011 Nicole Ludwig applies her knowledge and experience while developing, implementing and communicating suitable concepts and processes for our customers.
In addition, she uses her experience from working as a consultant for two well-known executive search consultancies in Munich to support clients in the area of repositioning and application consulting.
